:: May 14, 12:00mn :: Lim, Veloso leads Initial and unofficial quick counts based on partial tally on random precinct-level canvassing showed leads by incumbent Mayor Dan Lim over former mayor Joe Torralba. Torralba's running-mate, Councilor Toto Veloso leads incumbent Vice Mayor Jas Montes. :: May 14, 3:00pm :: Polling Places Close All polling places here in Tagbilaran and in the province closed for voting at exactly 3:00 in the afternoon. All precinct-level Board of Election Inspectors (BEI) will immediately start canvassing the ballots. No untoward incidents occurred during the voting as the city was very much peaceful all throughout the voting process. :: May 14, 7:00am :: Polling Places Opens All polling places here in Tagbilaran and in the province are expected to open at exactly 7:00 in the morning. It will close at exactly 3:00 pm.
